Winifred "Carole" Harris

Winifred “Carole” Harris, 87, of Springdale, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at The Maples at Har-Ber Meadows.
 
Carole was born on April 14, 1931 to Fred Q. and Carl E. (Jones) Eppley in Winslow, AR. On June 8, 1947, she married the love of her life, Ottis Harris and shared a loving life until his passing in 2015. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, and being a homemaker for the family.
 
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Frazier and husband, Gary of Tontitown, AR; sisters, Alice Quam of Carthage, MO; Ella Bogan of Mason, OH; Edith Costa of Pattonsburg, MO; Grandchildren, Matthew Frazier of Tontitown, AR, Jesse and Andy Harris of Idaho; Great-Grandchildren, Wyatt and TessaRose of Idaho and a host of family and friends.
 
Carole is preceded in death by her husband Ottis Harris; her parents; son, Charles Harris; brothers, Charles and Robert Eppley; and sisters, Annie Hoover and Eva Nix.
 
Visitation will be held at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale, Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
