Ann Leroy

Ruth Ann LeRoy, 70, of Watts, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, March 4, 2022, at the Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Ann was born on November 9, 1951, in Elgin, Illinois. She was the daughter of Clifford J. Howenstein and Patricia Bailey Howenstein.  She was the widow of the late Marvin D. LeRoy.  Ruth was a homemaker who loved to play Bingo for many years, she enjoyed watching NASCAR, playing lottery tickets, and loved taking care of her animals especially her pet “Sugar”.

She is survived by one daughter, Betty Causey of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; one son, Marvin D. LeRoy II of Watts, Oklahoma; two brothers, Laurence W. Howenstein and wife Cindy of Sanford, North Carolina, and Richard W. Howenstein and wife Barbara of Briarwood, Illinois; one sister, Rosie Wright of Watts, Oklahoma and one grandson, Tristen Hansen.

A memorial service is not planned at this time.
