Russell Blair Luper

Russell Blair Luper, 63, of Little Kansas, Oklahoma passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at his home.

Russell was born March 26, 1959 in Siloam Springs, AR to the late Delbert Gene Luper and Joyce Corinne (Blair) Luper. He worked for many years in construction in the housing and remodel fields. It was often said of Russell, that, he could build anything.

Russell is survived by his children, Sarah Luper-Johnson and husband Ricky, Shonda Borges and husband, Rodger, Jessica Luper and fiancé, Johnny, and Jason Luper; brothers, Rod Luper, Boyd Luper, Dwight Luper, and Mark Luper; sisters, Cathy Lawson, and Holly Harding; 20 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many other loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Nancy, a son, Christopher Luper, and a brother, Dwayne Luper.

The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
