Regina Lynn Koons

Regina Lynn Koons, 55, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024, at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.

Regina was born on April 25, 1969, in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the daughter of Donald James Koons and Sharron Lynn Upton Koons. Regina loved her family and friends. As a child she was on the Disco Dynamite Dance Team, Siloam Springs Flyers Swim Team, and was a Rangerette Twirler. As an adult she enjoyed writing poetry, crafting, helping others, and taking her grandchildren camping and fishing. 

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Tom and MarCella Upton; her father, Donnie Koons; and her brother-in-law Keith Brosch.

She is survived by her four beautiful daughters, SharCella, Nikki, Amanda and Siera; her grandchildren, Caydon, Devin, JasLynn, Joseph, Abagail, Nakyla, Taraji, Zaine, Kinsley and MarCel; two brothers, Don and Bryant; two sisters, MarDean and Lesa; and special niece, Aubrey; along with many other family members and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 2:00pm. Pastor Rusty Martin will officiate the service. The arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, AR. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Siloam Springs Rotary Club.
