Maddox Matteo Martinez-Blackburn

Maddox Matteo Martinez-Blackburn, of Springdale, AR, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at the Willow Creek Women’s Hospital in Johnson, AR.

Maddox is survived by his loving parents, David Blackburn and Mackenzie Martinez. Also surviving are his brothers and sisters; Kellen Spencer, Kaydence Blackburn, Korbin Blackburn, Kentrell Blackburn, Kaydence Rose Hernandez, and Kyson Martinez-Wilson. Maternal Grandmother, Jackie Martinez; paternal grandparents Yvonne Banks and Gary Smith.

Maddox was preceded in death by an uncle, Gary Smith.

A memorial is being planned for a later date.
