Lawrence Davis Wood

Lawrence Davis Wood, 73, of Gentry, Arkansas passed away Friday, October 9, 2020 at the Springdale Health and Rehab.

Lawrence was born on November 4, 1946 in Gentry Arkansas. He was the son of Anthony Davis Wood and Lola Mae Burns Foster Wood. Lawrence was a mechanic who enjoyed making things out of metal and wood. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea during the Vietnam Era.

He is survived by one brother, Carl Wood and wife Sherry of Gentry, three sisters-in-law, Jeannie Foster of Gravette, Joan Foster of Texas and Maxine Foster of Gentry.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Grimm and five brothers, Everett Foster, Clint Foster, Don Foster, Marvin Foster, and Charles Wood.

Graveside services will be held at the Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 3:30pm. Rev.
