Katherine Sue Burton

Katherine Sue Burton, 63, of Menifee, California passed away peacefully, Friday, December 16, 2022 at her home.

Kathy was born February 11, 1959 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Chester James O'Neal and Ethelyn Marie Powers-O'Neal. She was the youngest of 14 siblings. From this big family, she would become a loving homemaker and cherish her time with her sons and grandchildren.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Michael Burton and wife, Tasha of California and Jason Burton and wife, Charity of North Carolina; 7 grandchildren, Wyatt Burton, Weston Burton, Whitney Burton, Scott Smith, Christopher Smith, Sarah Smith, and Cody Smith; and many other loved ones.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Jeremy Burton.

A visitation will be held 1:00pm-4:00pm on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home. A sunrise graveside service will be held 7:30am, Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Oak Hill Cemetery of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
