Jeffery John Caulkins, 52, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Jeff was born August 8, 1968 in West Covina, California to Ralph Caulkins and Mary Ann Pecora-Caulkins. He enjoyed watching motorsports, helping people in his community, and making his family laugh with his good sarcasm.

He is survived by his 2 brothers, Chris Caulkins and wife, Kim of Siloam Springs, AR and Jason Caulkins of Gentry, AR; 2 nephews, Dillion Caulkins and Austin Caulkins; 4 nieces, Mandy Downing, Kailey Caulkins, Makenzie Caulkins, and Emily Caulkins; 1 great-niece, Olivia Caulkins; and many other loved ones.

The family will host a memorial service at 1:00pm, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the New Life Church in Siloam Springs.
