Jay Neal Rowe, 65, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. 

Jay was born on December 4, 1958, in El Dorado, Arkansas to James Waller J.W.Rowe and Janis (Brian) Rowe. He married Rhonda Brock on June 1, 1991.

Jay was self-employed as a Master Electrician for much of his life until relocating to Northwest Arkansas in the '00s where he used that experience as an Electrical Systems Designer for Benchmark Group, Harrison French & Associates, and pb2 Architecture and Engineering, before his retirement in 2021. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Hope, Arkansas, an Eagle Scout, an avid Razorback fan, and loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Mona Rowland. 

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Rowe; four children, Jamie Rowe Carson (Shane) of Hot Springs, Clayton Rowe of Springdale, Sarah Rowe (Julian) of Lowell, and Jacob Rowe (Brianna) of Lowell; two sisters, Donna Buelow (Steve) of Hope, and Jan Rowe of Columbia, Missouri; two grandchildren, Chloe Jo Carson and Kline Carson; along with many other family members and friends. 

Visitation will be at the Brazzel/Oakcrest Chapel, Hope, Arkansas, Friday, June 21st 5pm-7pm. 

Service will be Saturday, June 22nd at 2pm at First Baptist Church of Hope with Bro. Daniel Bramlett officiating.  

Private family burial.  

In lieu of flowers, the family ask memorials be sent to First Baptist Church of Hope or the American Cancer Society.
