Henry Paul Rocha, Sr., known by his friends and family as “Hank” 91, of Siloam Springs, passed away Monday, November 10, 2020 at the Circle of Life Legacy Village in Bentonville.
Hank was born on June 27, 1929 in Eureka, California, the son of Benjamin Rocha and Lucille Caetani Rocha. He married Melba Frances Ellington on June 27, 1953 in Bakersfield, California, who preceded him in death. As an extremely dedicated hard working man of 60+ years, Hank founded Hank Rocha Hay Co., and owned poultry ranch. He was also a member and believer of the Pentecostal Faith.
Corporal Rocha served honorably in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Hank was a dedicated family man. Not only was he an American hero, he was also our family’s hero.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Melba, one daughter, Teresa, and one grandson, Henry Paul Rocha III, “Butch”.
He is survived by one son, Henry Paul Rocha Jr. and wife Rebecca; two daughters, Laurie Donnette Rocha and Susan Elaine Owens and husband Phillip, all of Siloam Springs; twelve grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
Thank you for being our Daddy and Papa. You are finally reunited with VoVo, Teresa, Butchie and all the ones you have missed. We love you and miss you so much. Make sure you have that big heavenly banana split up there and “KEEP ON TRUCKING”
