George “Skip” Anthony Webster JR, 75, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at his home.
Skip was born on April 29, 1949 in Sacramento, California to the late George A. Webster SR and Lorraine Webster. With a serving heart, he went on to honorably serve in the United States Navy. After the military, he served utmost dedication to his community in Illinois by becoming the Fire Department Battalion Chief. After retiring from the fire department, he went on to become a poker dealer at the casino and a truck driver. In his spare time, he enjoyed making artwork with airbrush painting techniques. A devoted family man, his world revolved around his family, especially his grandchildren.
Skip is survived by his beloved wife, Melinda Webster of the home; 1 son, Brian Webster and wife, Diana of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; 1 daughter, Christin Webster of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; 6 siblings, Bernie Webster, Joe Webster, Liz Webster, Janette Arellano, Mark Webster, Mary Ellen Meads; 2 cherished grandchildren, Alexis Webster and Daniel Webster; and many other loved ones.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Webster SR and Lorraine Webster; step-mom, Betty Webster; daughter, Alysia Webster; and sister, Anne Barker.
Cremation with no services will take place per Skip’s wishes.
