Gaynelle "Gay" Dellinger

Gaynelle (Williams) Dellinger was born on January 23, 1943 in Pryor, OK to Deamer Max and Verna (Bynum) Williams, and passed away on September 16, 2018 in Springdale.

She now rests in hope, as we all do who trust in the promise given by the Lord for an eternity with Him. Gay was a member of Elmdale Baptist Church in Springdale. She was a homemaker and worked in sales for most of her adult life. Gay enjoyed volunteering at the old Springdale Memorial Hospital and was a former State Board Director of the American Cancer Society.

She was a loving mother to her four children Jon, Eric and Lynnelle Dellinger and Pam (Dellinger) Price, proud grandmother to Derek and Josh Dellinger (Jon), Ashlyn Dellinger (Eric), and Jeremy and Sean Price (Pam). She also was blessed with 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, father, two brothers and a sister. She is survived by brother, Ron Williams, and sister, LaJuana Marcello.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 from 6-7:30 pm at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home and a Graveside ceremony will be held Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 10 am at the Bluff Cemetery, both in Springdale.
