Gary K. Beck

Gary Kermit Beck, 81, of Colcord, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at his home.

Gary was born August 22, 1942 in Cassville, Missouri to Johnny and Glenna Beck. On February 27, 1962, he married the love of his life, Erma Wise, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was a hard worker, and was a truck driver throughout his life. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and gardening. He also enjoyed listening to Pastor Les Lydick. Above all, Gary was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved his family dearly, and he will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife, Erma Beck, of the home; two sons, Carl Ray Beck and wife Dawn of Wisconsin; Gary Dale Beck and wife Donna of Colcord, OK; three daughters, Virginia Samualson of Cave Springs, AR, Lois Everett of Springdale, AR, and Jean Collins of Springdale, AR; thirteen grandchildren, CJ Beck, Bridgette Beck, April Hummel, Allen Acuff, Isabella Givans, Ashley Acuff, Natasha Samualson, Sandra Samualson, Kimberly Samualson, Kelsey Bowen, Kasandra Bowen, Nathan Bowen, and Patricia Bennion; two step-grandchildren, Justin Tyson and Emerson Tyson; numerous great-grandchildren, and many more loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Dennis Beck, Johnny Glenn Beck, and Loyd Beck; two sisters, Jane Beck and Judy Beck; and two daughters, Mary Gail Bennion and Glenna Marie Beck.

A Burial will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Johnson Cemetery in West Siloam Springs, Oklahoma.

The arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
