Fred G Weston

Fred G. Weston, age 88, of Springdale passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at his residence in Springdale. Fred was born on February 8, 1934, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, the son of William Jessie Weston and Bessie Leona (Holmes) Weston.

On June 2, 1956, in Goshen, AR, Fred married Wilma J. Thompson.

Fred worked for many years as a metal fabricator for NWA Steel. Fred was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Springdale. He had worked for many years with local voting, he loved old cars, camping, taking trips, and just driving around.

Fred is survived by his wife, Wilma; sons, Randy Weston and wife Valerie, Doug Weston and wife Kathy, and a daughter, Pamela Kemp and husband Billy; 5 grandchildren and spouses, and 5 great granddaughters.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Billy, Frank, Jim and Russell Weston.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Weston, Tyrel Weston, Brandon Weston, Brandon Bartholomew, Archie Cole and Michael Blackston.

in lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, AR 72762.
