Elewee Iva Taylor

Elewee Iva Taylor, 90, of Lowell, Arkansas passed away August 13, 2018 at her home.

She was born on November 12, 1927 in Wayton, Arkansas to Lark and Delphia Henderson. She was a homemaker throughout her life and loved caring for her family. She loved flowers, music, singing, and her church in Lowell. Most of all, she cherished her children and grandchildren.

Elewee is survived by her husband, Remmel Taylor of the home; 2 sons, Eddie Taylor and his wife Phyllis of Lowell, AR., Michael Taylor and his wife Andria of Deer, AR; 1 daughter, Carla Pendergraft and husband Randy of Springdale, AR; 1 brother, Sterlin Henderson of Wayton, AR; 11 grandchildren, Shawn Dixon, Timmy Taylor, Shane Taylor, Steven Taylor, Wesley Taylor, Angie Randolph, Zabrina Randolph, Jimmy Lee Taylor, Caleb Taylor, Kenny Pendergraft, and Shea Pendergraft; and many, many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; 1 son, Jimmy Taylor; and her 11 siblings.

Visitation will be held Thursday, August 16, 2018 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel in Springdale.

The Funeral Service will be Friday, August 17, 2018 at 2:00pm at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Pastor Tony Taylor and Pastor Del Hunnicutt officiating. Burial will follow at the Elm Springs Cemetery in Elm Springs, AR.
