Dura Ellen Farmer

Dura Ellen Farmer, 94, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Earlene Howard Hospice Home.

Dura was born on October 1, 1924 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to her parents, Mike and Eula Griffin. She enjoyed hand sewing quilts and crocheting doilies for her family and friends.

She is survived by her 2 sons, Don Welch and Lester Farmer, both of Siloam Springs, AR; 1 brother, Pete Griffin of Goodman, MO; 3 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, 1 son, and 1 grandson.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 10:00am at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel. Pastor Tim Estes will officiate the service.
