Dawn Marie Shelton, 62, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away on Sunday morning, October 8, 2017.

She was born on July 5, 1955 in Rockford, Illinois to Lloyd Wincapaw and Maragaret Clarke-Wincapaw. She is survived by her mother Maragaret Wincapaw of Westville, Oklahoma; 3 Brothers, Dean Wincapaw of Watts, Oklahoma, Terry Wincapaw of Rockford, Illinois, and Tim Wincapaw of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 1 Sister, Trisha Foster of San Diego, California; & many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Lloyd Wincapaw, her husband, Tom Shelton, and her nephew, Daniel Shelton.
