Davy Thao

Davy Thao (Keej) was born on February 24, 1996, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. He was 23 years old. He was a son of Nhia Houa Thao and Xai Xiong. Davy's family moved to Arkansas in 2002, when he was 6 years old. He had one sister (Pather Thao), two brothers (Jay and Andy Thao), two step brothers (AB and AC Vang), two step sisters (Judy and Machelle Vang). His biological mother (Pa Nhia) remarried to Cher Cha Lor. He also had two half sisters ( Yurina and Irene Lor). He had a brain tumor inside his head when he was 11 years old. He had an operation to move his tumor in the hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was in a coma for a couple years during his medical treatment. Since then he was unable to take care of himself and was in the wheelchair. He was transferred to live with his biological mother, Pa Nhia Xiong in 2013. After that, his illness was gone, but he still needed home care. He attended Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma and earned his High School Diploma there on May 13, 2015.

He passed away peacefully at home on September 5, 2019, in Collinsville, Oklahoma. Service will be held at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Arkansas from September 14-16, 2019, staring at 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Burial will be held on Monday, September 16, 2019, at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Schedule :

Lunch serve at 12:00PM - 1:00PM on Saturday and Sunday

Dinner serve at 7:00PM – 8:00PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Speech and Slideshow: Sunday at 9:00PM – 11:00 PM

Freshman serve on Monday before going to the cemetery
