David J Williamson

David Williamson, age 80, formerly of Belle Plaine, KS passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2025.

David was born in 1944 in Wichita, Kansas, the son of the late Donald Williamson and Maxine (Kinsey) Williamson.

On April 27, 1968 in Great Bend, KS he married the love of his life, Terri Wormeringer.

David worked for many years designing and building reservation computer systems for hotels and airlines. David was a member of the Springdale Masonic Lodge #316. He was a 32nd degree Mason; a Past Master; Past Secretary; a Past District Deputy of the Grand Lodge of NWA; he was also a founding member and Past Monarch of the Amalric Grotto. In his spare time David loved doing woodwork and spending time with his family.

David is survived by his loving wife Terri; 2 daughters Heather (Fred) Lagud, and Shelli Roberson; 4 grandchildren, Hailey (Leslie) Briggs, Jordan (Jeff) Mason, Brian Roberson, and Lindsey Roberson; 5 great grandchildren, Claire Roberson, Max Briggs, Campbell Roberson, Wyatt Mason and Teddy Briggs; a brother, Richard Williamson; many nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Zachary Roberson.

A drop-in Celebration of Life will be heldfrom 1:00 to 2:45PM on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at the Masonic Lodge #316 located at 1494 Plaza Place, Springdale, AR 72764. A Masonic Service will be held at 2:45 PM. A private family burial will be held later.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made in David’s name to St Jude’s or one may plant a tree in David’s memory.
