Darrell Loyd Horsey

Darrell Loyd Horsey, age 78, of Springdale, AR, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Darrell was born on February 13, 1945, in Little Rock, AR, the son of Lloyd Ralph Horsey and Alpha Omega (Taylor) Horsey both deceased.

In 1963 Darrell married the love of his life, Patsy Rush, and she survives. Darrell worked for many years as a cook and restaurant general manager in the food industry.

Darrell was a member of Cross Pointe Church. He loved being outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, and gardening, he also loved cooking for and spending time with his family.

Darrell is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Patsy; 3 children, David Horsey and wife Wilma, Lloyd Keith Horsey and wife Michele, and Stephen Horsey and wife Tina; a brother in law, David Roach; 9 grandchildren, Grant, Cody, Jessica, Aaron, Holly, Taylor, Tiffany, Caleb, and Lauren; and 16 great grandchildren.

Darrell was preceded in death by parents and a sister Katie Roach.
