Danny "Mike" Burns

Danny “Mike” Burns, 70, of Watts, Oklahoma died June 21, 2021 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Mike was born September 1, 1950 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He graduated from Watts High School in 1968 and went on to find his joy in being a truck driver for the local businesses. He was a John Wayne fan and his favorite quote by him is “Lest We Forget”. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing guitar, hunting, and fishing. He was a member at East Kenwood Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his son, Danny Mike Burns JR and companion, Nova Simmons of Gravette, AR; 3 daughters, Debbie Andrews and husband, Jason of Jay, OK., Jamie Jones of Sulphur Springs, AR., and Miki White of Oklahoma; 4 grandchildren, Jacob Andrews, Luke Jones, Alex Jones, Adam Jones; and many other loved ones.

A memorial service will be held 10:00am, Friday, July 2, 2021 at East Kenwood Missionary Baptist Church.
