She was born June 15, 1930 in Laos and was a homemaker throughout her life.

The service for Blia will be held Sunday, August 7, 2022 at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home. Burial will be held Monday, August 8, 2022 at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
