Bennie Robison

Bennie F. Robison, 91, of Siloam Springs passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023.

Bennie was born September 9, 1932 in Siloam Springs, AR to the late Joseph Washington Robison and Elizabeth Luola (Mayberry) Robison. On June 18, 1955 Bennie married the love of his life Erma Abbott and she preceded him in death in 2016.

Bennie worked as a labor in the construction industry. He was a member of the Assembly of God and the labor’s union. Bennie was the caretaker for the Martin Cemetery for many years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his free time.

Bennie is survived by loving children, Colleen Cook and husband Billy Davidson, Rita Hunt, and Janet Pack; grandchildren, Mark (Michele) Cook, Paul (Delisa) Cook, Valerie (Chris) Peavey, Chad Hunt, Ashley (Ryan) Bonnell and Aaron (Ashley) Hunt; great grandchildren, Dustin (Ali) Brown, Dylan (Samantha) Cook, Dalton (Chloe) Cook, Hadley Cook, Drew Cook, Madison Turner, Preston Peavey, Shawn Bonnell, Alyssa Bonnell, Miranda Hunt, Cameron Harrington, and Colton Hunt; great great grandchildren, Adi Lou, Tave, Cayson, and Ezra.

Bennie was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brothers and sisters; Oscar Horn, L D Horn, Dorothy Foreman, Mary Mueller, Marie Hudson, Pearl Robison, Ray Robison, Willa Mae Harris and Orval Robison.

Friends may visit with the family at the Backstrom~Pyeatte Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, AR, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 5 – 7 PM. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at 10:30 am at the Martin Cemetery. Pastor Bill Sheffield will officiate the service.
