Alvin Franklin Campbell, 78, of Lowell, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Earlene Howard Hospice Home of Springdale, Arkansas.
Alvin was born on June 15, 1941 in Larned, Kansas to Orie J. Campbell and Mirtie M. Tracy-Campbell. He proudly served in the United States Navy. He was a devoted, loving husband, father, brother; but most of all, a proud grandpa and great-grandpa. He was well-liked by everyone and cherished his family.
He is survived by his life companion, Susie Buck of the home; 8 children, Alvin Campbell and spouse, Tara of Guthrie, OK., Larry Campbell and spouse, Sherrie of Lowell, AR., Thomas Campbell and spouse, Joy of Pineville, MO., Paul Campbell and spouse, Donna of Fayetteville, AR., Jess Campbell and spouse, Shan of Bentonville, AR., Jon and Amanda of Spokane, WA, Margaret Campbell of Spokane, WA., and Bonnie Campbell of Spokane, WA; 1 brother, Victor Campbell of Rogers, AR; 2 sisters, Carolyn Swift of Wichita, KS. and Louise McGarrah of Rogers, AR; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and many other loved ones.
Visitation for Alvin will be held Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel in Springdale, AR.
The funeral service will be held Monday, March 9, 2020 at 10:00am at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held afterwards at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Gravette, AR. The arrangements were entrusted to Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home of Springdale, AR.
