Alice Shofner Patton

Alice Shofner Patton, 94, of Bethel Heights, Arkansas, passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

Alice was born on June 6, 1927, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was the daughter of Elmer Shofner and Ester Counts Shofner. She was the widow of the late C.E. Patton, whom she married on June 11, 1947, and preceded her in death on June 9, 2020. Alice graduate from the U. of A. with her Bachelor’s Degree in Home Economics.  She was a home maker who enjoyed cooking, oil painting, and was a seamstress who had taught others sewing for many years. Alice was a member of the Church of Christ.

Alice is survived by three sons, James Patton and wife Margaret of Russellville, Missouri, Steve Patton and wife Lynn of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Ken Patton and wife Katrina of Riverton, Wyoming: four grandchildren and five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
